Mrs. William Daniel, 75, was a native of Virginia. She was married to W. R. Daniel in Virginia on November 22, 1876 and came to Nebraska in 1885. She died Oct. 13, 1935. Survivors were her husband, four daughters: Mrs. Lewis Braun, Mrs. Guy Duel, Mrs. Harry Beal, Mrs. Eddie Jockheck, and one son, Homer, and nineteen grandchildren. William R. Daniel died early Sunday morning just one week after the death of his wife, with whom he spent 59 years of married life. Mr. Daniel was born January 5, 1854, in Montgomery county, Iowa. On November 22, 1876 he was married to Miss Alice Murray in Virginia. At the time of his death he had reached the age of 81 years, 9 months and 15 days.
