Iowa Valley Sisters Marry Two Brothers Wednesday, February 18

The double wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent J. Pospisil at 2:30 p.m. Their daughters Mabel and Minnie were united in marriage to Frank and Adolph Podliska, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Joe J. Podliska of Meadow Grove in a double wedding ceremony. Mabel Pospisil and Frank Podliska were attended by Ella Podliska and Rudolph Podliska, sister and brother of the groom. Minnie Pospisil and Adolph Podliska were attended by Agnes Pospisil and Irwin Pospisil, cousin and brother of the bride. Eileen Pospisil, sister of the brides and Viola Podliska, sister of the bridegrooms, were ring bearers. Following the wedding ceremony a three course dinner was served to more than one hundred relatives of the couples. In the evening a wedding dance was held at the Iowa Valley Lodge hall and refreshments were served. There were about 350 in attendance.
