MARTIN WALTERS, 83, DIES

Martin Walters, who came to Nebraska in 1882 and homesteaded the farm northwest of Battle Creek where he has lived for fifty years, died Thursday morning, March 17. Mr. Walters was 83 years old and a native of France. He is survived by his widow, one son and four daughters.  Funeral notice and obituary will follow.
